12-bit SAR ADC with a 73k sampling ceiling
The MAX1241BCSA+ is a 12-bit successive-approximation (SAR) ADC from Analog Devices, sampling at 73 kSPS. The single-ended input and 1:1 S/H-to-ADC ratio means one conversion per trigger — no mux settling to budget.
No separate Vref is needed — the reference is external, which lets you trade noise floor against full-scale range per the sensor's output swing.
Active production — compliance and sourcing
Analog Devices lists the MAX1241BCSA+ as Active (current production) and ROHS3 compliant.
8-SOIC surface-mount fit
The SPI data interface keeps the digital side to four lines — no parallel bus routing on a tight board.
