What this ADC is and where it fits
The Maxim Integrated MAX1193ETI+T is an 8-bit pipelined ADC with two simultaneously sampled channels, each capable of 45 Msps. It accepts both differential and single-ended inputs, with an internal or external voltage reference selectable per application. The parallel data interface and 1:1 S/H-to-ADC ratio make it a direct-fit part for I/Q baseband digitization, radar IF sampling, and multi-phase power monitoring where channel-to-channel skew must be eliminated.
