12-bit SAR ADC with 16 single-ended inputs
The MAX11633EEG+ is a 12-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) ADC with 16 single-ended analog inputs multiplexed into a single sample-and-hold stage (1:1 S/H:ADC ratio). It samples at 300 ksps over the SPI interface. The reference can be driven externally or supplied from the internal bandgap. The 24-pin SSOP (0.154-inch body width, 3.90 mm) and the equivalent 24-QSOP package keep the board footprint compact. The surface-mount package suits dense mixed-signal PCBs where channel count per area matters.
