Dual-channel 16-bit SAR ADC with simultaneous sampling at 2 Msps
The Maxim Integrated MAX11198ATE+T is a 16-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter with two simultaneously sampling channels, each sampling at 2 Msps. It accepts differential inputs and communicates over an SPI interface. The part is suited for industrial motor-drive current sensing, power-monitoring, and multi-phase measurement where channel-to-channel skew must be eliminated.
Temperature grade and environment
Rated for -40°C to 125°C, this ADC covers industrial enclosures, outdoor telecom cabinets, and under-hood automotive sensor interfaces.
Package and footprint
Housed in a 16-TQFN (2x3 mm) with an exposed pad for thermal relief. Store the reels dry — the exposed-pad QFN is moisture-sensitive and needs a dry cabinet or bake before reflow if the moisture-barrier bag is compromised.
