The MAX11135ATI+ is a 12-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) ADC sampling at 500k samples per second, built around a MUX-S/H-ADC architecture with a 1:1 S/H-to-ADC ratio. It accepts differential, pseudo-differential, or single-ended inputs through a 2- or 4-channel multiplexer, giving the signal-chain designer flexibility to match the sensor or front-end topology without an external mux.
