8-bit SAR ADC with flexible input mux

The MAX1110CAP+T is an 8-bit successive-approximation (SAR) ADC with a 50k samples-per-second throughput. The input multiplexer accepts either 4 differential or 8 single-ended channels, configurable via the SPI interface. The reference can be internal or external, giving the designer flexibility to trade off accuracy against BOM cost.
