16-bit, 250 kSPS, four channels at once
Four single-ended inputs sampled simultaneously at 250 kSPS aggregate — each channel captures its voltage at the same clock edge, so phase relationships between signals are preserved. This matters for polyphase power monitoring, vibration analysis across multiple accelerometers, or any multi-sensor array where the time skew between channels would alias the measurement. SAR architecture with a 1:1 S/H:ADC ratio means each input has its own sample-and-hold; there is no multiplexer to sequence through. The parallel data interface outputs all four conversion results on a single 16-bit bus — the host controller reads the channel ID from the data word, not from a separate address line. Reference can be external or internal. The internal reference simplifies the BOM for standalone operation; an external reference lets the designer set the full-scale range and drift profile to match the sensor's output span.

The part can sit in an unheated enclosure on a factory floor or in outdoor instrumentation that sees seasonal extremes.
Package — 64-TQFP with exposed pad
