10-bit SAR ADC with flexible input mux
The Maxim MAX1031BEEG+ is a 10-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter with a sample-and-hold front end, rated for 300k samples per second. It offers a configurable input multiplexer that supports either 8 differential or 16 single-ended channels, selectable through the SPI interface. The onboard temperature sensor feature lets you monitor die temperature without an external thermistor — useful for thermal management in multi-channel data acquisition systems where the ADC sits near warm components.
Package and footprint — 24-QSOP
