Programmable silicon oscillator for clock generation
The LTC6908CDCB-1#TRPBF is a silicon oscillator from Analog Devices that generates a square-wave clock from 50 kHz to 10 MHz, set by a single external resistor — no crystal, ceramic resonator, or timing capacitor required.
Supply range and temperature grade
Rated for the commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, this part is suited for indoor, office, and consumer electronics — not for industrial or automotive environments where ambient exceeds 70°C. The wide supply voltage range lets it run directly from a 3.3 V or 5 V rail without an extra LDO, saving a component and a PCB trace.
Active production and ordering options
Supplied on tape and reel (TR suffix) for automated pick-and-place; also available in cut tape (CT) for prototype or low-volume builds. ROHS3 compliant, no exemption issues for EU or other restricted-material markets.
