Silicon oscillator with a 1 kHz–68 MHz programmable window
The LTC6903IMS8#PBF is a silicon oscillator from Analog Devices that replaces discrete crystal or ceramic-resonator circuits with a single programmable IC. Its frequency range spans 1 kHz to 68 MHz, covering audio through RF clocking in one BOM line. Quiescent current is 7 mA typical, making it a low-power fit for battery-backed or always-on clock trees.
Industrial temperature grade and 8-MSOP package
The 8-MSOP package (3.00 mm × 3.00 mm body, 0.65 mm pitch) fits tight PCB layouts.
Active production — no obsolescence watch needed
ROHS3 compliant — no exemptions that would trigger a future material-change PCN. Store the reels dry per MSL-1 guidelines; the MSOP body is not moisture-sensitive, so no bake step is required before reflow.
