30 MHz GBW, 7 V/µs slew — signal-chain parametric fit
The LTC6261IS6#TRMPBF: For a unity-gain buffer, the 30 MHz GBW means the -3 dB small-signal bandwidth is 30 MHz; at a closed-loop gain of 10, the usable bandwidth drops to 3 MHz. The 7 V/µs slew rate supports a full 2 Vpp output swing up to roughly 550 kHz before slew-rate limiting sets in — adequate for sensor conditioning, ADC drivers, or active filters in the low-MHz range.
Rail-to-rail output swing lets the output reach within millivolts of either supply rail, maximising dynamic range in single-supply designs. Quiescent current is 245 µA per amplifier, low enough that a bank of four such op-amps draws under 1 mA total, keeping the thermal budget in the TSOT-23-6 package manageable.
Industrial temperature grade, TSOT-23-6 footprint
The TSOT-23-6 package (SOT-23-6 Thin, also designated TSOT-23-6) occupies roughly 2.9 mm × 2.8 mm on the board — a space-efficient footprint for dense mixed-signal PCBs. The supplier device package is TSOT-23-6; the reel variant (TR suffix) ships on 7-inch reels, while cut-tape (CT) is available for prototype quantities.
Active lifecycle, ROHS3, sourcing posture
ROHS3 compliant (no exempted substances), so it passes EU and global material restrictions without documentation overhead.
