Dual high-speed op-amp with 180 V/µs slew rate
Its 180 V/µs slew rate and 330 MHz -3 dB bandwidth make it a candidate for driving high-speed ADCs, video distribution, or pulse amplification where the output must swing fast without slew-rate limiting. The rail-to-rail output stage gives the full supply swing into a 64 mA load per channel, useful when the next stage has no headroom to spare. Each channel draws 5.5 mA supply current, so the dual dissipates 11 mA quiescent; thermal design should account for that in the 10-DFN exposed-pad package.
Package and rework — 10-DFN with exposed pad
The 10-WFDFN package (3x3 mm body, 10-DFN supplier package) has an exposed thermal pad underneath. That pad needs a via array to the ground plane to pull heat out — without it the junction climbs fast above 400 mA continuous output. The pad also serves as the ground return for the die; the datasheet layout note on pad connection is worth following exactly. For rework, the DFN is hand-placeable with hot air if the board has a solder-paste stencil for the pad. MSL level is not in the listing, but a bake before reflow is cheap insurance if the reel's moisture-barrier bag has been open past the floor-life window.
ROHS3 compliant. For new designs this means no forced redesign cycle from component discontinuation in the near term.
