Dual CMOS Op-Amp for Precision Signal Chains
The LTC6081IMS8#TRPBF is a dual CMOS operational amplifier from Analog Devices (formerly Linear Technology) that delivers 3.5 MHz gain bandwidth product with a 1 V/µs slew rate, making it suited for sensor conditioning, ADC drivers, and active filters in the audio to low-MHz range. The rail-to-rail output stage swings within millivolts of the supply rails, preserving dynamic range in single-supply designs from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Input offset voltage is trimmed to 90 µV maximum, and the CMOS input stage keeps bias current at 0.2 pA — critical for photodiode amplifiers, high-impedance bridges, and integrators where leakage current would otherwise dominate error budgets.
330 µA Supply for Two Amplifiers
Total supply current for both channels is 330 µA, which keeps the thermal footprint low in the 8-MSOP package. Each output can source or sink 24 mA.
Industrial Temperature Grade and Active Lifecycle
Rated for -40°C to 85°C operation, the LTC6081IMS8#TRPBF covers industrial control cabinets, outdoor telecom equipment, and automotive cabin environments that do not require AEC-Q100 qualification. ROHS3 compliant, and the 8-MSOP package (3.00 mm body width) is a standard footprint shared across many dual op-amps, easing second-sourcing if needed.
Sourcing and Availability
This part is sourced through independent distribution channels and quoted to order against an RFQ. Cut Tape (CT) quantities are also available for prototype builds.
