Single-channel PSE with internal switch
The LTC4263CS#TRPBF is a single-channel Power over Ethernet (PoE) Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) controller from Analog Devices, delivering up to 15.4 W per port in compliance with the IEEE 802.3af standard. An integrated power MOSFET switch eliminates the need for an external pass transistor, simplifying the BOM and reducing the PCB footprint for a 14-SOIC package.

The controller operates from a 33 V to 66 V supply rail, covering the standard PoE voltage range including the 48 V nominal and accommodating the 57 V upper limit per 802.3af. Quiescent supply current is 2 mA typical, a low overhead for a PSE controller that must stay powered continuously on the switch or injector board.
