Boost plus LDO in one 3×3 mm package

The LTC3537EUD#TRPBF packs a synchronous boost converter and a low-dropout linear regulator into a single 16-QFN (3x3) package. The boost output is adjustable from 1.5 V to 5.25 V; the LDO output covers 0.6 V to 5 V. Both rails are rated for 100 mA continuous. A built-in power sequencer controls the startup order of the two outputs.

The supply input accepts 0.68 V to 5.5 V. The boost converter switches at 2.2 MHz.
