The LTC3025IDC#TRPBF is a single-output positive adjustable LDO from Analog Devices, rated for 300 mA continuous output current.

Industrial temperature grade and protection set

The 125°C ceiling provides margin for self-heating at maximum load. On-chip protection includes over-temperature shutdown, short-circuit current limiting, and a soft-start ramp that reduces inrush current into the output capacitor during power-up. The Enable and Power Sequencing control pins let a system controller sequence multiple LDOs in a defined order — useful for multi-rail FPGAs or SoCs that require core voltage before I/O voltage.
