Four-rail supervisor with programmable thresholds
The LTC2900-2IDD#PBF from Analog Devices is a multi-voltage supervisor that monitors four independent supply rails and asserts a common active-low reset output when any monitored voltage falls below its programmed threshold. It offers 16 selectable threshold combinations via a single pin-strap, covering common voltage levels for logic, memory, and I/O rails in a single device. The reset output is push-pull, eliminating the need for an external pull-up resistor, and the minimum reset timeout is 5 ms. Housed in a 10-lead WFDFN with exposed pad (3x3 mm), it is specified for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Threshold selection — one part, many rail voltages
The 16 selectable threshold combinations let you configure the part without ordering a different mask or variant. A single LTC2900-2IDD#PBF can replace several fixed-threshold supervisors on the BOM, simplifying inventory and qualification.
Active production — no end-of-life concern
The part is also ROHS3 compliant.
