The SC-70-6 package (also known as SOT-363) is a compact 2.0 × 2.1 mm body with 0.65 mm pitch — standard for low-pin-count analog parts. It places cleanly on a two-layer board and survives a standard lead-free reflow profile without tombstoning risk, provided the MSL is observed before the oven.

Single-supply rail and SPI interface simplify layout

Both the analog and digital supply pins share a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V rail — no separate AVDD/DVDD split, which cuts one regulator and one decoupling cap from the BOM.
