12-bit SAR ADC at 2.2 MSPS — differential input, SPI output
The LTC1402CGN#PBF is a 12-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) ADC from Analog Devices, sampling at 2.2 million samples per second (MSPS) with a single differential input channel. Data is read out over an SPI-compatible serial interface, and the internal S/H-ADC architecture (1:1 ratio) delivers a single conversion per trigger. It operates from dual ±5 V or single 5 V supplies for both analog and digital rails, and accepts either an external or internal voltage reference.
