The LT6221IDD#PBF is a dual general-purpose op-amp from the LT® series, delivering 60 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 20 V/µs slew rate across two channels. This combination means the amplifier maintains closed-loop gain accuracy up to several MHz and slews fast enough to reproduce a 5 V peak-to-peak square wave at about 250 kHz without significant distortion — relevant for ADC driver stages, active filters, or high-speed data acquisition front-ends where both small-signal bandwidth and large-signal transient response matter. Supply current is 1 mA per channel (2 mA total for the dual), with a supply span from 2.2 V to 12.6 V.
Rail-to-rail output and precision trade-offs
Rail-to-rail output swing lets the amplifier drive its output to within millivolts of either supply rail — critical in low-voltage single-supply chains where headroom is scarce. The 50 mA output current per channel can drive moderate loads like a 100 Ω headphone or a 10-bit ADC reference buffer without external boost.
