Dual ±12V rail from a single 14-DFN
The LT3032EDE-12#TRPBF is a dual LDO regulator that outputs fixed ±12 V from a single IC, with each channel delivering 150 mA. The positive and negative outputs share one thermal pad and one enable pin, so a single part cleans up both rails on a mixed-signal board. PSRR is 68 dB at 120 Hz — that is the line-frequency rejection that matters when the ±12 V rails feed an op-amp front-end or an ADC reference. The 54 dB figure at the same frequency is the negative channel's spec; both are measured at the 120 Hz ripple that comes off a full-wave rectifier.
Dropout, protection, and the rework reality
Protection includes over-current, over-temperature, and reverse polarity — the reverse polarity clamp keeps the part alive if the input rails swap polarity during bench testing.
Sourcing and compliance
Supplied in tape and reel (TR) or cut tape (CT) options. The 14-DFN package is standard for this series; the 4x3 mm footprint fits tight mixed-signal layouts where a separate positive and negative LDO would take twice the board area.
