Current sense amplifier with 1.2 MHz bandwidth
The Linear Technology LT1999IMS8-50#PBF is a single-channel current sense amplifier designed to measure bidirectional current across a shunt resistor. Its 1.2 MHz -3 dB bandwidth and 3 V/µs slew rate allow it to track fast load transients in motor drives, solenoid control, and DC-DC converter output monitoring.
Package and mounting
The 8-MSOP footprint is shared with many current-sense amplifiers and general-purpose op-amps, so board layout reuse across alternate sources is straightforward. Standard MSL 3 handling applies — bake before reflow if the moisture-barrier bag has been open past the floor-life window.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
