Negative rail LDO for bias and analog supplies
The Analog Devices LT1964EDD#TRPBF is a negative-output, adjustable low-dropout linear regulator rated for 200 mA continuous output. It generates a regulated negative rail from -1.22 V down to -20 V, making it a fit for generating the negative supply in bipolar op-amp circuits, ADC/DAC reference buffers, or VEE bias in industrial sensor front-ends. The 8-DFN (3x3 mm) exposed-pad package sinks heat into the PCB plane, and the enable pin lets the system sequencer pull the rail down to zero when the load is idle.
Protection set for industrial and automotive bias rails
Over-current, over-temperature, and reverse polarity protection are all built in. Reverse polarity protection is useful when the negative input rail comes from a DC-DC converter.
Sourcing and lifecycle
The LT1964EDD#TRPBF carries an Active lifecycle status and is ROHS3 compliant. It is a current-production part from Analog Devices, available through independent distribution. For a BOM line that needs a negative adjustable LDO at 200 mA, this part is qualified for new designs and carries no last-time-buy risk. The -40°C to 125°C temperature grade qualifies it for industrial and automotive under-hood environments.
