80 V/µs slew rate — the headline dynamic spec
The LT1122BCN8#PBF is a single-channel JFET-input operational amplifier from Analog Devices, specified for a slew rate of 80 V/µs and a gain-bandwidth product of 14 MHz. Supply span runs from 10 V to 36 V, so it works on ±5 V rails or a single 12 V to 24 V supply.
Through-hole 8-PDIP — legacy footprint, still in active production
Packaged in an 8-PDIP (0.300" body, 7.62 mm pitch), this is a through-hole part for boards that avoid SMT or need manual rework access.
Sourcing and second-source considerations
The LT1122BCN8#PBF is a single-supply JFET op-amp in a through-hole DIP. A functional peer in the same class is the AD8510ARZ-REEL7, which offers an 8 MHz GBW and 20 V/µs slew rate in a surface-mount SOIC — slower on both dynamic specs, but with a similar 25 pA bias current and 100 µV offset. The AD8620ARZ-REEL7 is a dual-channel JFET part at 25 MHz and 60 V/µs, also surface-mount. Neither is a pin-for-pin drop-in for the 8-PDIP footprint, but for a redesign targeting SMT, either could serve a similar signal-chain role. For the through-hole DIP form factor, the LT1122BCN8#PBF remains the active, directly available choice.
