1-Wire EEPROM with 896-bit storage
The Maxim Integrated DS28E05P+ is a 1-Wire EEPROM providing 896 bits of non-volatile storage, organized as 112 x 8 bits. It communicates over a single-wire bus, which simplifies PCB routing and reduces pin count in systems where a dedicated SPI or I2C bus is not available. The 2 µs access time keeps read operations fast enough for most configuration and calibration data tasks.
Supply voltage and logic compatibility
Rated for a supply range of 3V to 3.6V, the DS28E05P+ is directly compatible with 3.3V logic systems without a level shifter. The 1-Wire interface uses the same supply rail for signaling, so the bus pull-up resistor should be tied to VCC.

Housed in a 6-TSOC package, the DS28E05P+ is a surface-mount device suited for reflow assembly.
Temperature grade and environment
