2-cell Li-Ion fuel gauge and protector
The DS2775G+ is a multi-function controller designed for 2-cell lithium-ion/polymer battery packs, combining fuel gauging with hardware protection in a single 14-TDFN package. Communication runs over a 1-Wire interface, which means the host reads cell voltage, temperature, and remaining capacity on a single data line — useful when every pin on the battery connector is precious. On-chip fault protection covers over-current and over-voltage conditions, so the pack does not rely solely on the charger or system-side supervisor for safety.
