3.08V threshold — the rail it watches
That places it squarely on a 3.3V supply — the 220mV margin between nominal rail and trip point is enough to ride through minor droops without nuisance resets, but tight enough to catch a sagging regulator before the downstream logic starts seeing undefined states. The reset timeout is 130ms minimum — long enough for the bulk capacitance on the rail to stabilize after power-up, short enough that the system isn't waiting an eternity before the CPU starts fetching code.
Dual-polarity reset — one chip, two interfaces
Both active-high and active-low reset outputs are available, push-pull topology. No open-drain pull-up resistor needed on either pin — the outputs drive rail-to-rail directly. This means the same part can serve a processor that expects a low-true reset and a peripheral that needs a high-true flag, without a logic gate in between.
