SPDT switch with 35 Ohm on-resistance and -85 dB crosstalk
The DG419DY+: It routes one common terminal to one of two independent outputs—a 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration—with a maximum on-resistance of 35 Ohm. Crosstalk between channels is rated at -85 dB at 1 MHz, meaning signal bleed from the off channel into the on channel stays below -85 dB relative to the signal level—critical for precision analog multiplexing in audio or instrumentation paths. Charge injection is specified at 3 pC typical; this is the amount of charge dumped onto the signal line when the switch toggles, a parameter that matters in sample-and-hold or integrator circuits where glitch energy must be minimized.
Supply flexibility and switching speed
This lets it interface with common analog rails (±5 V, ±12 V, ±15 V) as well as single-ended 12 V or 24 V systems. Maximum turn-on time is 175 ns, turn-off time 145 ns—fast enough for audio crossfading, relay replacement, or low-frequency analog signal routing where sub-microsecond settling is adequate. Channel capacitance is 8 pF on both source and drain sides, contributing to the RC time constant that limits bandwidth; with 35 Ohm on-resistance, the -3 dB bandwidth into a high-impedance load is in the tens of MHz range.
Temperature range and package fit
Supplied in tubes, not tape-and-reel, so it is suited for prototype builds or low-volume production where pick-and-place reels are not required. Leakage current in the off state is a maximum 250 pA at 25°C, rising with temperature—still negligible for most signal-switching applications but worth derating if the load impedance exceeds 10 MOhm.

RoHS3 compliant (2011/65/EU + 2015/863), with no exemptions for lead or other restricted substances. This clears the part for EU-market equipment and most global RoHS regimes without an exemption review.
