Switch identity and key parametrics
The DG413FEUE+ is a quad SPST analog switch with a mix of normally-open and normally-closed configurations — two SPST-NO and two SPST-NC channels in a single 16-TSSOP package. Each switch presents a maximum on-resistance of 35 Ohms, with channel-to-channel matching held to 200 mOhm, so the resistance variation across the four channels stays tight for precision analog routing.
Supply range and signal handling
Switching times are 175 ns on and 145 ns off max, making it suitable for multiplexing signals in data-acquisition front-ends or audio routing where the 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer topology applies.
Low-level performance — charge injection and leakage
Charge injection is rated at 5 pC typical, and off-channel leakage is 250 pA max — both figures matter when the switch is used ahead of a high-impedance ADC input or a sample-and-hold stage, where injected charge or leakage would shift the sampled voltage. Off-channel capacitance is 15 pF on the source side and 47 pF on the drain side, which sets the AC feedthrough floor at high frequencies.
Crosstalk and isolation
Crosstalk between channels is specified at -105 dB at 1 MHz — this is the isolation an off channel provides from an active adjacent channel at that frequency. For audio or low-frequency instrumentation, the isolation is effectively beyond the noise floor of most signal chains; at higher frequencies the capacitive coupling through the off-channel capacitance becomes the limiting factor.
Package and temperature grade
Housed in a 16-lead TSSOP (4.40 mm body width), the surface-mount package suits compact PCB layouts where board area is constrained.
