The Maxim Integrated DG403DY+ is a dual SPDT analog switch in a 16-SOIC package, built for precision signal routing in instrumentation, audio, and data-acquisition systems. Each of the two independent switches handles ±4.5 V to ±20 V dual supplies or a 10 V to 30 V single supply, with a maximum on-resistance of 45 Ohm and channel-to-channel matching within 500 mOhm — tight enough to keep gain errors low in multiplexed ADC front-ends. The -90 dB crosstalk at 1 MHz means one channel switching a 1 Vpp signal won't leak appreciably into the other, which matters when you're routing low-level sensor outputs alongside higher-amplitude reference voltages.
Switching speed and charge injection
Turn-on time of 150 ns and turn-off of 100 ns (max). Charge injection is 10 pC.
Leakage and capacitance
Off-state leakage is max 500 pA. Channel capacitance is 12 pF.
Package and temperature range
16-SOIC narrow body (0.154" width, 3.90 mm) — standard footprint, no surprises for the pick-and-place. Rated -40°C to 85°C ambient, so it covers industrial control cabinets and outdoor telecom shelters but not engine-bay or downhole environments. ROHS3 compliant, no exemptions to track.
Lifecycle status is Active per the manufacturer.
