The ADP122AUJZ-2.7-R7 is a single-output, positive-voltage LDO from the ADP122 family, delivering a fixed 2.7 V at up to 300 mA from a 5.5 V max input rail. Its PSRR holds at 60 dB from 10 kHz to 100 kHz — the band where most downstream switching regulators produce their ripple — so this LDO cleans the rail for noise-sensitive analog loads like ADC front-ends or PLL supplies without needing a post-filter.
Dropout, quiescent draw, and thermal envelope
Maximum dropout is 0.15 V at the full 300 mA load, meaning the input-to-output headroom must stay above 150 mV across the load range to keep regulation. Quiescent current is 105 µA typical, with a maximum supply draw of 240 µA — low enough for always-on rails in battery-powered equipment.
