It is qualified to AEC-Q101, making it suitable for automotive power-train, body electronics, and DC-DC converter stages where reverse-polarity protection or freewheeling diodes are needed. ## Forward drop and conduction loss at 12 A Maximum forward voltage is 660 mV at 12 A, which sets the conduction loss floor in the power path. ## Reverse leakage and blocking margin Reverse leakage is specified at 1 mA at 80 V.
