Forward voltage is 1.3 V max at 2 A, and reverse leakage is 2 µA at 600 V. Supplied in the DO-41 axial-lead package, through-hole mount. The DO-41 body is a standard 2-lead glass-passivated format, compatible with existing PTH layouts and wave-solder processes. Tape & Box (TB) packaging is available for automated insertion.
