Gate charge is 18.7 nC at 10 V. Input capacitance is 433 pF at 100 V drain-source — a low value that contributes to fast switching edges and low capacitive turn-on loss. The gate threshold voltage maximum is 3.5 V at 200 µA drain current, which gives good noise margin against spurious turn-on in high-dV/dt environments like PFC inductors. ## Temperature range and mounting reality The TO-220 Full-Pack isolates the backside tab electrically — no mica washer or sil-pad needed, which simplifies the assembly step and improves thermal transfer to the heatsink.
