The 12ns rise and fall times (typical) and 54ns maximum propagation delay (both edges) are symmetrical, which simplifies dead-time calculation in half-bridge and full-bridge topologies. ## Package and supply rails The part comes in a 16-SOIC package with a 3.90mm body width — the narrow SOIC-16 footprint common in automotive modules. It is surface-mount only, so no socketed replacement in the field. The output supply range (4.5V to 18V) covers the typical gate-drive voltages for IGBTs (15V) and SiC MOSFETs (18V), as well as logic-level MOSFETs at 5V.
